Rigorous intellectual and empirical investigation of ambiguous and difficult-to-quantify or measure concepts is the hallmark of a Humanities degree. This training absolutely set me up for the kind of work I do today in user experience research (UX). I also obtained a global-perspective based on my study-abroad and research trips to France and Kazakhstan, which has made me flexible, inclusive, and adaptable--all serving me well as a manager and colleague at global organizations.
