Daniela González is an Arizona native. Previously, Daniela graduated with a BA in Music Education from the University of Arizona, which led to a five year career as a public school band teacher in the Tucson Unified School District. In 2022, she decided to return to the U of A to study Spanish Translation and Interpretetion and Linguistics. Along the way, she felt led to learn Russian, resulting in a third major. In May 2025, Daniela graduated with her Russian, Spanish, and Linguistics degrees with a minor in Judaic Studies. Daniela is extremely excited to pursue Russian studies more seriously, dice into her roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and sharing her love for Kazakhstan and Eurasia with students
