Dr. Kamila Mateeva is a law professor at the American University of Central Asia, an English language university in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Earning her LLM from Indiana University, Kamila also has worked as an Academic Fellow for the Open Society Foundation.
Dr. Mateeva is visiting under a RDI grant, put together by UA's William Simmons and Leonard Hammer, to finalize joint human rights programming between the UA and AUCA.
